Your documents have been customized from the templates but now must be further optimized by adding material already in use, such as rules and architectural standards. Substitute your own photos for placeholder graphics and tweak other aspects to fine-tune them before your directors and attorney approve them for release.
Once your documents have been reviewed and approved by your board and association's attorney, you can publish them.
