We will keep your profile and Microsoft Word^® version files for 60-days, allowing you and your Board plenty of time to review your PDF documents.

If you and your board like what you see, complete the form below within that 60-days and we'll send you the remaining Kit binder materials and a 60-day invoice.

Then, you can either

send us a check for $395 + $15 shipping, or

pay by credit card through our online store.

When we receive either your check or credit card store payment, we will e-mail you your files in standard Microsoft Word^® format and license for use by your association in perpetuity.

We understand we will receive an invoice for $395 + $15 shipping, payable within 60 days of invoice. Within 60 days, we either will return the Kit to ProAccess in good condition or remit a check for the balance due and receive the Microsoft Word version of the documents.
